This end user license agreement (the "Agreement") should be read by you (the "User" or “Player” or "You") in its entirety prior to your use of tophatcasinos Casino’s service or products. 7. Player shall periodically review at a rate not less than once monthly these Terms and Conditions posted at this Web site. Player shall not participate in the games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the Web site, or the Casino, nor accept any Prize if Player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall abide by, without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change periodically. The player is obliged to keep his/her private username and password secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the player's username is the sole responsibility of the player. The player will not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way. In such a case, tophatcasinos Casino has the full discretion to terminate Player’s account, and any and all winnings in excess of Player’s original deposit (including those in any account on any casino using the TopGame platform) may be void. Player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from use of the software. If winnings are taxable in the player's jurisdiction, the player is required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities. Deposits made into your account may be immediately credited back to you. In addition, tophatcasinos Casino reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in any tophatcasinos Casino account under any of the following circumstances:
   1. If the name on tophatcasinos Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s), online wallet account(s), or any other method of deposit used to deposit money into the account.
   2. If you provide false and or misleading information used to open a tophatcasinos Casino account or an account with any other casino using the TopGame platform.
   3. If you are not of legal age in the jurisdiction where you reside.
   4. If you reside in a jurisdiction, where law prohibits the use and participation of such games.
   5. If you have allowed or permitted (purposely or not) another party to play on your tophatcasinos Casino account.
   6. If you have reversed or charged back any of your purchases on your tophatcasinos Casino account or an account with any other casino using the TopGame platform
   7. You are allowed ONLY ONE ACCOUNT per player, household, computer, IP address, and workplace unless there is prior authorization from management. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If you have more than one account, all winnings and bonuses will be VOID.
   8. If you are found, or are suspected, of cheating or if it is determined by tophatcasinos Casino that you have used a system or machine, be, it an additional computer, additional software or otherwise used to circumvent the natural randomness of our systems.
   9. The name on the casino account does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit or withdrawal.
   10. If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company.
   11. If a bonus is not used within 30-days of being issued, that bonus will expire and may be removed.
8. tophatcasinos Casino has a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse in the casino and towards any of its staff in any way. Anyone that is found to be resorting to any method of abuse, including but not excluding extortion and blackmail, may have their account closed without refund, as well as any other related account on any other casino using the TopGame platform.
9. Employees of the Casino, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not allowed to play the games for real money without prior consent from the Casino Director. Should such activity be discovered, the accounts will be immediately closed and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeit. Only the original deposit may be refunded and only to the initial source of the deposit.
10. tophatcasinos Casino will act as the final arbitrator in any dispute involving tophatcasinos Casino and any other party. tophatcasinos Casino reserves the right to employ an arbitrator of its choice to act as an agent of arbitration in place of tophatcasinos Casino in the event of a dispute, and in the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
    Before any withdrawal totaling more than the minimum withdrawal amount of $100 U.S. Dollars is authorized, the Credit Authorization Form (CAF)must be properly printed, clearly filled out, and sent back to tophatcasinos Casino before any monies will be sent. tophatcasinos Casino reserves the right to request a CAF at any time and may terminate any account that does not satisfactorily complete and/or return the CAF in a time period determined as reasonable by tophatcasinos Casino. In such a case, tophatcasinos Casino may unilaterally determine resolution of any account funds.
11. When a bonus is redeemed, wagering on restricted games is forbidden. Doing so will void any winnings. tophatcasinos Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered in any game not allowed by that bonus as authorized by management. Games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, or Video Poker Games, amongst others, have their own bonus rules and have different contribution percentages towards wagering. tophatcasinos Casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind any bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, tophatcasinos Casino reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing tophatcasinos Casino and any other casino using the TopGame platform in the future.
12. Although there is no maximum withdrawal amount, a maximum of $2500 (Two Thousand five hundred US Dollars) can be sent per week, all balances will be sent in increments of $2500 the following week(s).
    Bonuses will be credited on deposits only. Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a bonus.
    If any of a player's real money deposits to the casino are reversed due to insufficient funds, chargeback, or any other reason, irrespective of the payment method, the casino withholds the right to cancel any bonuses, credits, wins or withdrawals. Bonuses will be given only once per player, account, household, computer, IP address, and workplace, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be cancelled. The Player is fully aware of the fact that his credit card, when used for deposit/purchase will be immediately billed after deposit/purchase.
    All rules and regulations contained herein represent the complete and final agreement between you and tophatcasinos Casino and supersede any and all prior agreements. This agreement shall also be deemed an exclusive agreement between you and tophatcasinos Casino.
    All deposits must be wagered at least once before cash out.
13. Any discrepancies with funds in a player's account in any casino using the TopGame platform may affect the player's withdrawal. Furthermore, your account status in any of the casinos using the TopGame platform may be subject to review and could be suspended for whatever reason the casino deems just and appropriate.
14. The casino reserves the right to review a player’s account at any time, and any activity that is deemed to be abusive or fraudulent on any of the casinos using the TopGame platform can result in account closure.
15. If a player declares gambling problems his account will be frozen and his deposits will be refunded, and all winnings will be void.
16. You agree that we or a payment processing company on our behalf will handle all financial account transactions ("Payment Processor"). You hereby agree that the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments should the Payment Processor have reason to believe or any have any suspicion that you may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, collusion, unlawful, or improper activity.
17. You agree to fully pay any and all payments due to us or any third party in connection with your use of the Online Casino. You further agree not to make any charge-backs and/or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your due payments and in any such event you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid payments including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your payment.
18. We promise to answer all queries within 3 working days from time of receipt.

20. You can not withdraw via the following means if a deposit with credit card has generated the winnings: Moneybookers, Neteller, EcoCard, eWalletXpress, Click2Pay and UseMyWallet. Further E-wallet solutions may also be excluded at tophatcasinos Casino's discretion. Only winnings generated from a particular payment method can be withdrawn via that same method.
21. It is the discretion of the casino to send withdrawals to players via any other method available to the player, other than the original method requested, after consultation with the player.
22. The beneficiary name for the different payment methods should match the account name as listed with our casino, any mismatch could result with the account being declared fraudulent and winnings may be void
23. These terms and conditions are final, in a situation where there is any discrepancy between the terms and any correspondence with any member of the casino staff the terms and conditions take precedence.

• Deposits of a minimum $25 qualify for a bonus.
• In order to receive any bonus (including cash bonuses), the player must consult Support prior to making a deposit and prior to making any wagers. No Bonuses will be given retrospectively
• In order to withdraw winnings from a bonus we ask that the player fulfils the following wagering requirements:
  • Unless otherwise stated, players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts twenty (20) times before making any cash-outs.

FREE Bonuses T&C:

Only new first time members who have registered a new real money account with the Casino and have fulfilled the appropriate requirements as dictated by the bonus terms itself and/or the Casino are eligible for a free no deposit sign up bonus. Players must consult Support for instructions on how to receive the bonus if one is not credited upon signing up. A Free no deposit sign up bonus can be issued only once, however other free no deposit bonuses are available at the discretion of the Casino. The first deposit is deemed to be made with the sole intention of withdrawing any winnings made from the free no deposit bonus.
